One simple question every hour to change how you use your time.
A mirror for your day.
You start your day with good intentions… but hours go by, and you don’t even know what you did.
That was me—until I came across a simple question from author Chris Bailey:“What did you spend the last hour doing?”That single idea stuck with me.
I began asking it every hour… and slowly, it became a habit.
Then a method.
Now, a system. The Time Mirror Technique is the result: a simple way to track your focus and take control of your time, one hour at a time.
How does it work?
1. Set a timer to go off every hour.

2. Ask yourself: What did I do this past hour?

3. Tap a button: Focus or Distraction and write one line about what you did.

4. Your day becomes a mirror of your choices.
